New Start 55+ Renewed - May 13, 2010

We are pleased to announce the beginning of a second “New Start 55 +” slated for June 1st, 2010 coordinated by Enterprise Fundy. This program is committed to help employed older workers increase their employability skills in order to remain active and productive in the Labor Market.

Community Energy Policy - February 9, 2010

New Brunswick's Indigenous Natural Gas: Opportunities that Could Improve Our Energy Competitiveness
The objectives of this research project were to:  Estimate the base cost of natural gas from the McCully field. Specifically, the cost of the gas less any associated distribution, transmission, cross-subsidization or royalty payments (the wellhead price).  Compare this base cost to existing tariffed Enbridge Gas New Brunswick rates as well as benchmark locations around North America.  Determine the full cost of generating electricity in New Brunswick using other fuel/methods including oil, coal, wind, etc.
